Reverie Labs was a Cambridge, Massachusetts–based machine-learning pharmaceutical company focused on AI-driven drug discovery. Its platform combined machine learning, physics-based modeling, molecular generation, virtual screening, and large-scale computational infrastructure to accelerate lead generation and optimization, particularly for small-molecule kinase inhibitors and brain-penetrant oncology therapies. Ginkgo Bioworks announced in February 2024 that it acquired key Reverie infrastructure, software, and four AI team members; public sources differ on whether to characterize this as an acquisition of assets or the company itself. Reverie is therefore best treated as acquired/inactive as an independent company rather than an active standalone market participant.
