Key Requirements

Operators must maintain protocols to detect expressions of suicidal ideation or self-harm and promptly refer users to crisis service providers. Operators must provide a conspicuous notification at the start of any interaction that the user is not communicating with a human, and repeat that notification at least every three hours of continued companion use.
