What we collect

When you register for an account or sign up for our free daily digest, we collect your email address and the display name you provide. If you upgrade to a paid plan, billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Your email address is used solely to deliver the content you signed up for: the free daily AI-in-healthcare digest, or the full newsletter for paid subscribers. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not purchase or import third-party mailing lists — every recipient signed up directly through this website.

How you're added to our mailing list

You're only added to our mailing list through explicit action on your part: creating an account at /register, or explicitly choosing to continue receiving the free digest after your trial period ends. We never add an email address to our list without that direct action.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link unique to your address. Clicking it immediately and permanently removes you from future mailings — no login, no confirmation step, no waiting period. You can also reach us directly (see below) to request removal.

Bounces and complaints

If an email to your address bounces or you mark a message as spam, our mail provider automatically suppresses future sends to that address — you will not continue to receive mail after a bounce or complaint is registered.

Data retention

We retain your account and subscription information for as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe or delete your account, your record is deactivated and excluded from all future mailings.
