Key Requirements

Requires operators to disclose that users are interacting with software rather than a human, with additional safeguards for minors (more frequent disclosures, content restrictions, limits on engagement-maximizing design, parental monitoring and privacy-management tools), and to maintain protocols capable of detecting expressions of self-harm or suicidal ideation and responding with crisis resources.
